Current stats: 9.0g/l TA, 3.35 pH, 0.6% RS, 11.9% alcohol

Lush, ripe fruits. Blackberry, strawberry, oak, dust.  Smooth, lingering tannins. Impressive.

Do you love the tall electric pole that obstructs our view of Keuka Lake? Neither do we! We created this one-time wine to help lay this problem (and pole) to rest. Proceeds from the sale of this unique wine will help make this dream a reality by getting the pole removed. Enjoy and thanks for helping!

Bright, round.  Blueberry, mint, chalky tannins. Aromatically tight right now, but a lot to offer with time.  Elegant and delicious.  

Light, crisp, bright. Pear, almond, wild strawberry, gooseberry, kiwi. Clean finish.

Racy, complex, ageable. Green apple, unripe pineapple/tropical fruit, D’anjou pear, lemon, lime, crabapple.

Light, textured. Strawberry, hot pepper, lime peel, cherry, brine.

Enticing. Tart cherry, rhubarb, bubble gum, strawberry, tangelo. Outstanding! Serve with Grilled Shrimp, Smoked Lake Trout & Seared Tuna.

A wedding bouquet. Jasmine, honey, ripe Bosc pear, touch of rose petal. Super enjoyable, balanced, lingering. A favorite. Serve with Ham Steak, Grilled Chicken, Curried Lamb.

Ripe peach apricot, nectarine, tropical/tangerine. Medium bodied, exceptional sugar-acid interplay, lingering. Drink upon release through 2030-35 and likely longer.
