Light, textured. Strawberry, hot pepper, lime peel, cherry, brine. As typical, this young Pinot Noir Rosé is hiding some of its goodies.Serve with Baked Chicken, Short Ribs & Gumbo. Should start hitting its stride late summer.
Harvest: October 6. 4.2 ton, 17 brix, 7.8 g/l TA, 3.32 pH
Final Stats: 7.1 g/l TA, 3.24pH, 0.1% residual sugar, 11.2% alcohol. 232 cases produced.
