A crisp and oak free Chardonnay with a bit of sweetness. This wine has a full, rich mouthfeel and is good with light dinner and for everyday enjoyment. This is our first semi-dry Chardonnay since the memorable 2000 vintage. Approximately 312 cases produced.. Estate Grown
A total of nine tons of estate grown grapes was harvested by hand on November 8, 2017. They had 22.6 brix natural sugar, 0.65 TA, and a 3.30 pH. The grapes were de-stemmed and pressed. The juice was then inoculated with yeast and fermented for 22 days at 58-59 degrees. The wine was next cold and heat stabilized and filtered. The finished wine has 0.65 TA, 3.30 pH, 2.0% residual sugar and 12.4% alcohol. 312 cases produced.
