2019 Pinot Noir Rose

This is a very pale wine with an orange-pink hue resulting from very little skin contact. Enjoy gentle aromatics and flavors of wild strawberry and citrus abound on the palate.

A total of 3.34 tons of estate grown grapes was harvested on October 1, 2019 with 20 brix natural sugar, 10.0 g/l TA and a 3.19 pH.  The grapes were de-stemmed, pressed and inoculated with yeast.  A cool fermentation at 59-60 degrees lasted for 18 days.  The wine is cold and heat stabilized and filtered.  It has 12.9% alcohol, 6.7 g/l TA, a 3.23 pH and 0.6% residual sugar.  Approximately 220 cases.
