2019 Cabernet Franc
This wine displays great Finger Lakes Cabernet Franc character; it is fruit driven with brambles and cherries, a fine balance of graphite minerality, supple tannins and lingering finish.
5.54 tons of estate grown Cabernet Franc grapes were harvested by hand on October 29, 2019. 7.6 g/l TA, 3.41 pH, 12.5% alcohol and 0.4% residual sugar. Approximately 320 cases.
