2019 Cabernet Franc
This wine displays great Finger Lakes Cabernet Franc character; it is fruit driven with brambles and cherries, a fine balance of graphite minerality, supple tannins and lingering finish.
5.54 tons of estate grown Cabernet Franc grapes were harvested by hand on October 29, 2019. The wine currently has 7.6 g/l TA, 3.41 pH, 12.5% alcohol and 0.4% residual sugar. Approximately 320 cases will be bottled.
