2018 Cabernet Franc Reserve
Highly aromatic with depth we’ve seldom experienced with this varietal. Cocoa, bell pepper, ripe red and black berries, cherry, graphite. Light to medium bodied, soft tannins. Outstanding! Currently 6.1 g/l TA, 3.61 pH, 0.4% residual sugar and 12.6% alcohol.
Approx. 270 cases estimated to be bottled late Spring 2020.
