Aromas of green apple fresh pear abound with an underlying herbaceous character. These aromas continue onto the palate along with classic Finger Lakes slate and mineral depth. This versatile food wine will shine over the next one to four years.
This wine is a great example of why you shouldn’t be afraid of residual sugar in Rieslings from the Finger Lakes. The naturally high acidity in our Rieslings provide the perfect counterpoint to residual sugar which provides bigger mouthfeel in the wine. This vintage has a light golden straw color and is very aromatic with essences of orange blossoms, honey, stone fruits and tangerine all rising from the glass. These characteristics are also present on the palate along with apricot and citrus peel.
One of our very best Gewürztraminers to date. This vintage is very aromatic with aromas of pear and spicy crushed ginger dominating. The palate is rich and full with expressions of pear, ginger, white pepper and underlying notes of tropical fruit. Pair with summer barbecue, pork carnitas and spicy Thai dishes.
This vibrant, ruby red wine is very aromatic and flavorful. It has a rather understated complexity of aromas and flavors that come alive in the glass as the wine breathes and opens up. Red cherry, strawberry, black tea, forest floor, spice and vanilla. The wine finishes with lingering fruit flavors and velvety tannins. This wine is quite approachable right now, but can easily cellar for at least 3-5 years.
We are the only Sereksiya Rosé producer in the USA and one of only two Rkatsiteli producers in the Finger Lakes. This wine is reminiscent of Sauvignon Blanc (herbaceous), Riesling (fruit), and Gewürztraminer (spice). It is a light, crisp and refreshing wine and is best consumed over the next 1-2 years. This totally dry white wine is very aromatic, delicate and delightful. It’s one of the most aromatic Muscat Ottonel wines we’ve made in a very long time. Aromas and flavors of orange blossoms and freshly cut mint enliven this wine. Estate Grown
This vintage of Pinot has a deep, dark garnet color. Aromas and flavors of tart cherry and strawberry are most noticeable. Hints of flowers and spice are also present. The balance between fruit character and great Finger Lakes acidity makes this a perfect food friendly wine. Serve with grilled steak, seared tuna, salmon and tangy barbecued chicken.
This very aromatic wine has a pale, alluring golden straw color. Aromas of lemon, lime and peach jump out of the glass and continue onto the palate where they mingle with flavors of apricot, tangerine and orange blossoms and lead to a crisp, bright lemony finish. Estate Grown
Aromas and flavors of peach, nectarine, apricot, citrus fruit and wet slate. This dry Riesling is bracingly dry and crisp, while offering the taster boastful fruit character and powerful texture. The wine finishes with intense orchard fruit and mineral backbone. Great cellar potential. Estate Grown & Produced
Our latest Pinot Noir release is a youthful-tasting entry into our current lineup of Pinot Noir vintages. Initial aromas of black cherry, raspberry, coconut, and spice abound. At first taste you are met with a complexity of flavors: black currant & cranberry give way to a finish of elderberry, vanilla, & light oak. This Pinot is medium bodied with medium-fine tannins which lead to an enjoyable finish.
