This is light golden wine with a slight green hue. This semi-dry Chardonnay has no oak whatsoever and is full of apple, honeydew and pear character. It is lush and lingering on the palate. As soon as I tasted this I knew it was one of my favorites of the 2019 white wines. At this price, there's really no reason not to purchase five cases at a time.
Aromas of green apple fresh pear abound with an underlying herbaceous character. These aromas continue onto the palate along with classic Finger Lakes slate and mineral depth. This versatile food wine will shine over the next one to four years.
This vintage is a brilliant light salmon pink wine with aromas of tart cherry, rhubarb and a hint of white pepper. This high acid wine refreshes the palate with red fruit forward character, citrus and a lingering finish.
Deep purple-red color. Fruit driven aromatics. Blackberry, plum, elderberry, spice. Gripping tannins, big finish. Currently 6.7 g/l TA, 3.54 pH, 0.4% residual sugar and 12.5% alcohol.
Approx. 245 cases estimated to be bottled late Spring 2020.
Highly aromatic with depth we’ve seldom experienced with this varietal. Cocoa, bell pepper, ripe red and black berries, cherry, graphite. Light to medium bodied, soft tannins. Outstanding! Currently 6.1 g/l TA, 3.61 pH, 0.4% residual sugar and 12.6% alcohol.
This is a very pale wine with an orange-pink hue resulting from very little skin contact. The aromatics are subdued at the moment but flavors of wild strawberry and citrus abound on the palate.
A rich, complex vintage- a lovely wine with flavors of blackberry and cocoa, aged in both French and American oak. A favorite new wine with approximately 389 cases produced.
Saperavi is the primary grape of this wine and it is blended with a touch of the Moldovan grape, Sereksiya Charni. Aromas of black currant, black berry, sweet oak, spice and smoke follow through beautifully on the palate. There are some nice plum and coconut flavors blended in as well. Silky tannins coat the palate and lend to a very pleasant, long finish. This wine was matured in oak barrels for three full years.
This vintage of Dry Riesling has a bright golden straw color and is quite aromatic. It has intense peach and citrus zest aromatics with a distinct floral character as well. This wine is fruit driven on the palate and the aromatics blend with grapefruit, nectarine and lemon oil leading to a crisp, zesty finish.
This is a beautiful and nuanced vintage of Gewürztraminer. Open a few hours before enjoying and enjoy a complexity of scents and flavors: pear, apple, pineapple, apricot, white pepper and ginger alongside some subtle floral character. The wine is weighty on the palate and leaves you with a long, lingering and delightful finish.
This Pinot Noir was produced with a single clone of McGregor Pinot, the Gamay-Beaujolais clone. The wine is fruit-forward, bold, and bright. Enjoy flavors of red berries and cherry leading into a long, velvety finish.
Initial aromas of black cherry, raspberry, coconut, and spicy oak soar in this Pinot. The vibrant, ruby red color of this wine is bookended with a smooth and lengthy finish. Like most reds from our 2015 vintage, this wine will not be available for long.
