Our Wine Club Picnic returns on Saturday, August 12th! Tickets are currently available for all members and up to two guests. Your Membership is always for two people - be it a couple, one member & family member, one member & friend, etc...This means that any way you define it, four picnic tickets are available per membership.

Our annual picnic by the pond is a tradition started in the mid 1970's. We welcome back Gale Wyn Farms from Canandaigua to serve their mouthwatering Pig Roast. We will also grill fresh, local corn on the cob all afternoon and enjoy the music of lifetime wine club member Walt Atkison.

We provide a space with tables and chairs under the main tent but we strongly suggest you bring a comfortable lawn chair to create your own space. The picnic is rain or shine… regardless of the weather, it’s sure to be one of the most memorable days of summer. 

Get your tickets early as space is limited and it will sell out! Tickets (or refunds on purchased tickets) are available until July 28th.

PICNIC DAY SCHEDULE

• 11:30 – Registration begins, make yourself at home
• 1:00 – Festivities begin & appetizer table opens
• 2:00 – Red Wine & White Wine Blind Tasting
• 3:30 – “From the Library” Wine Auction
• 4:30 – Annual Clan Club Picnic group photo
• 5:00 - Dinner!
• 5:30 – Silent Auction ends
• 5:45 – Silent Auction & Raffle winners announced
• 6:00 - Picnic winds down…
