Fruit forward aromas of grapefruit and peach leap from the glass. These aromatics are present on the palate along with nectarine, lemon zest and nuanced floral characteristics. Expressive aromatics and flavors are vivid reminders that this wine is crafted from a ripe vintage.
Aromas of green apple fresh pear abound with an underlying herbaceous character. These aromas continue onto the palate along with classic Finger Lakes slate and mineral depth. This versatile food wine will shine over the next one to four years.
This wine is a great example of why you shouldn’t be afraid of residual sugar in Rieslings from the Finger Lakes. The naturally high acidity in our Rieslings provide the perfect counterpoint to residual sugar which provides bigger mouthfeel in the wine. This vintage has a light golden straw color and is very aromatic with essences of orange blossoms, honey, stone fruits and tangerine all rising from the glass. These characteristics are also present on the palate along with apricot and citrus peel.
We only produce our “Reserve” style of Chardonnay from vintages with outstanding growing conditions. This wine was fermented and aged in new French oak barrels and completed a secondary fermentation, giving it a rich, buttery character which is balanced with flavors of apple, pear and tropical fruit.
We are the only Sereksiya Rosé producer in the USA and one of only two Rkatsiteli producers in the Finger Lakes. This wine is reminiscent of Sauvignon Blanc (herbaceous), Riesling (fruit), and Gewürztraminer (spice). It is a light, crisp and refreshing wine and is best consumed over the next 1-2 years. Bob McGregor had an idea one day back in the early 1990s, back when nobody was contemplating producing sparkling apple wine for sale in the Finger Lakes...
Aromas of ripe apricot, honey, spice and hints of tropical fruit abound and follow through on the palate. The wine has a thick, creamy texture and ripe apricot and pineapple flavors are most prominent. The racy acidity in this wine makes for a crisp, refreshing finish.
