This vintage is a brilliant light salmon pink wine with aromas of tart cherry, rhubarb and a hint of white pepper. This high acid wine refreshes the palate with red fruit forward character, citrus and a lingering finish.
This vintage has a light golden straw color and is very aromatic with essences of orange blossoms, honey, stone fruits and tangerine all rising from the glass. The long, citrus infused finish and its acidity keeps you feeling refreshed all the way through.
This bone-dry wine is produced this using the traditional methode champenoise, and aged for just a year on the lees. Enjoy this delicate white wine's perfumed character - reminiscent of fresh orange blossoms and crushed mint.
Bob McGregor had an idea one day back in the early 1990s, back when nobody was contemplating producing sparkling apple wine for sale in the Finger Lakes...
This is a beautiful and nuanced vintage of Gewürztraminer. Open a few hours before enjoying and enjoy a complexity of scents and flavors: pear, apple, pineapple, apricot, white pepper and ginger alongside some subtle floral character. The wine is weighty on the palate and leaves you with a long, lingering and delightful finish.
A total of 0.73 tons of estate grown grapes was harvested on October 24, 2019 with 19.8 brix natural sugar, 10.8 g/l TA and a 2.99 pH. The grapes were destemmed, pressed and inoculated with yeast. A cool fermentation at 56-58 degrees lasted for 34 days. The wine is cold and heat stabilized and filtered. It has 12.4% alcohol, 9.8 g/l TA, a 2.86 pH and 1.75% residual sugar. Approximately 41 cases.
This semi-dry Gewürz is full of spice and fruit character- pear and tropical fruits mingle on the palate with hints of fresh ginger. Its sweetness is beautifully balanced with Finger Lakes acidity. Great with Thai and Mexican fare, grilled bratwurst and spicy ribs. Estate Grown
This pale straw colored wine bursts with mandarin, nectarine and spicy aromas. These aromas combine with candied orange rind, peach and apricot on the palate. It's a firm, racy, acid-driven wine balanced with a touch of residual sugar and has a nice, long finish. Delicious!
This very aromatic wine has a pale, alluring golden straw color. Aromas of lemon, lime and peach jump out of the glass and continue onto the palate where they mingle with flavors of apricot, tangerine and orange blossoms and lead to a crisp, bright lemony finish. Estate Grown
This straw colored wine is very aromatic and complex. Aromas and flavors of peach, lime, lemon, white flowers and wet gravel abound. It's light and zippy on the palate with a beautiful, lingering finish.
This is a very pale wine with an orange-pink hue resulting from very little skin contact. The aromatics are subdued at the moment but flavors of wild strawberry and citrus abound on the palate.
This medium bodied wine has aromas of pineapple, citrus peel, ripe apricots, and a touch of banana. The palate is treated to the lively acidity to balance the wine's residual sugar. Enticing flavors of pineapple, Meyer lemon, and orange peel sit on the tongue and linger on and on. Drink now or cellar and enjoy its evolution in the bottle for many, many years.
