One of our very best Gewürztraminers to date. This vintage is very aromatic with aromas of pear and spicy crushed ginger dominating. The palate is rich and full with expressions of pear, ginger, white pepper and underlying notes of tropical fruit. Pair with summer barbecue, pork carnitas and spicy Thai dishes.
We only produce Dry Riesling when the growing season is optimal for this wine style and our last release was in 2013. This vintage is bursting with aromas and flavors of fresh peach, apricot, nectarine and mouth-watering citrus notes.
We are the only Sereksiya Rosé producer in the USA and one of only two Rkatsiteli producers in the Finger Lakes. This wine is reminiscent of Sauvignon Blanc (herbaceous), Riesling (fruit), and Gewürztraminer (spice). It is a light, crisp and refreshing wine and is best consumed over the next 1-2 years. Grapes grown on the McGregor Estate
Aromas of ripe apricot, honey, spice and hints of tropical fruit abound and follow through on the palate. The wine has a thick, creamy texture and ripe apricot and pineapple flavors are most prominent. The racy acidity in this wine makes for a crisp, refreshing finish.
This wine is a great example of why you shouldn’t be afraid of residual sugar in Rieslings from the Finger Lakes. The naturally high acidity in our Rieslings provide the perfect counterpoint to residual sugar which provides bigger mouthfeel in the wine. This vintage has a light golden straw color and is very aromatic with essences of orange blossoms, honey, stone fruits and tangerine all rising from the glass. These characteristics are also present on the palate along with apricot and citrus peel.
This vintage has a light golden straw color and is very aromatic with essences of orange blossoms, honey, stone fruits and tangerine all rising from the glass. The long, citrus infused finish and its acidity keeps you feeling refreshed all the way through.
This beautiful bottle of Riesling was crafted from hand selected clusters of Riesling grapes infected with botrytis cinerea, also known as the “noble rot.” Botrytis grapes have lost much of their water content and their sugars are concentrated.
The result is a very mouth filling wine with outstanding Riesling character - with additional spice and honey notes. Definitely a wine worthy of long term cellaring.
This Riesling displays a great balance of sugar and acidity that is a hallmark of our off-dry styled Rieslings. It has a golden straw color and the aroma brings to mind a giant bowl of ripe tangerines and peaches along with a touch of lime. Peaches and juicy apricots sit on the palate for a lingering finish.
