White Wine Barrel Tasting 1

RESERVATIONS REQUIRED...CLAN CLUB MEMBERS AND THEIR GUESTS ONLY! This is your chance to be the first to try the white wines from the 2009 harvest...some will be finished and ready to take home and others will be samples from the barrel! Tasting the 2009 white wines will take place up in our barrel room by white tablecloth, candlelight and crystal glass. All wines tasted are offered at nicely priced “futures” discounts! As always, after your tasting, Stacey is preparing a wonderful buffet set up for all who attend. This year's menu includes: shrimp and pineapple skewers with orange peel,ginger and chillies..flatbread topped with gorgonzola, fresh grapes and crisp bacon..grilled Jerk chicken wings and fresh fruit salsa..assorted crustades as follows*mushroom and Gruyere*artichoke and roasted red pepper*parmesan and caramalized onion*brie and raspberry/jalapeno jam*olive and chorizo sausage and for dessert a fig and almond cake with bitter-sweet chocolate sauce.We will conduct three tastings on each day, Saturday and Sunday- Noon, 2 pm and 4 pm. Again, reservations are required for this event- we only have room for about 20 people for each tasting so call with your reservations today- don’t miss out on a truly spectacular event and your chance to purchase these wines at a special one-time-only discount!
