A dry oak aged blend of vinifera and hybrid grapes including Saperavi, Sereksiya Charni, Lèon Millot & Cabernet Franc. It’s soft and velvety in the mouth with excellent fruity character and a smooth finish. This everyday red wine pairs very well with spicy foods, BBQ ribs and red sauces.
We are the only Sereksiya Rosé producer in the USA and one of only two Rkatsiteli producers in the Finger Lakes. This wine is reminiscent of Sauvignon Blanc (herbaceous), Riesling (fruit), and Gewürztraminer (spice). It is a light, crisp and refreshing wine and is best consumed over the next few years.
This Cabernet Sauvignon is very aromatic and full of fresh, ripe blackberries, black raspberries, plums and even a suggestion of blueberries. Rich and soft on the palate and smooth tannins linger on the finish.
This semi-dry Gewürztraminer is full of spice and fruit character! Pear and tropical fruits mingle on the palate with hints of fresh ginger. This wine's sweetness is beautifully balanced with classic Finger Lakes acidity. Great with Thai and Mexican fare, grilled bratwurst and spicy ribs. (3.0% RS) Estate Grown
This Chardonnay was fermented in new American oak barrels and aged for two months in those barrels. The crisp and refreshing fruit character of this Chardonnay is entwined with a touch of toasted oak character. This oak also adds a bit of weight and body, which sets this wine apart from our Unoaked Chardonnay.
